A good look before covering with a last layer of cheese. Ham, pepperoni, some sliced hard salami, pickled jalapeno, a scatter of olive salad (muffuletta style). I’m pretty sure I added more after taking this pic. There is a scant handful of shredded Parmesan over the sauce – under the other toppings. Lastly, a generous layer of shredded mozzarella, some granulated garlic and a hefty sprinkle of oregano.
