On a whim, I checked Wikipedia for the definition of entree and was surprised to see that in much of the world it means appetizer or hors d’oeuvre. Here in the US it means main course. I check the freezer section most times we go to the grocery store to pick a couple of the one skillet family dinner offerings. This one is Honey Chicken. I added some peas for color and a heap of crispy fried chilis to this one and served it over jasmine rice.
