I’ve been making malted pancakes with the KA recipe. I went to the cupboard for the malt powder and it was hard as a rock. It would not come out of the jar so I put it in the microwave thinking that might help. The foil remnant around the rim from the original seal flared up like gunpowder lit from a match. I finally got the rock malt out and put it into my little blender and got it beat back into powder form.
