Pot Pie Filling on Biscuits

Yes, it’s turkey. We cooked that huge turkey we bought, boiled it less the legs and thighs, and made a ton of turkey rice for a supplement to Gabe’s dry food. We cleaned the boiled carcass and chopped most of the meat and skin to mix with the rice made from the stock left in the pot. I set aside some of the white meat the went into the veggies. I’m still trying to use up the big can of dry milk so I stirred some into the gravy I made for the filling but not enough, it seems. The legs and thighs I’m brining in the fridge. I’m thinking either sous vide for those or a confit.
