The chicken and the potatoes came out OK, but the sprouts! They were a tad overcooked. The crispy outer layers were the best part. This pan went 30 minutes at 350, then was bumped to 375 for another 30 minutes because the chicken looked like it needed it. Paprika and garlic powder plus Tony’s Creole seasoning on the thighs, Tony’s seasoning on the potato slices. At least the clean-up went well.
