Tacos

These tortillas were fried in very hot oil for a few seconds a side. Too long and they get tough. They are filled with smoked pork, beans, cheddar, and pico with rice. We like flour tortillas for tacos – the corn ones are definitely better for enchiladas. The hot sauce is Cholula, I like it and it’s available where we shop. I do wish they stocked the version with lime.
