Perfect Loaf

It’s almost too pretty to cut into.

I said almost. This is my favorite crusty bread recipe, here.  It makes two loaves, but I divided the other dough into two parts and froze it for pizzas at a later date. I froze it into a small circle.   I’ll just take it out of the freezer,  when it thaws,  I’ll shape it, add sauce and toppings.  Bake at 450  – 500 degrees F
