Chicken and shrimp are the double delight part of this stir fry. It’s in a shrimp and chicken stock based sauce with a wee bit of Thai sweet chili sauce, all over jasmine rice. When I served this up I noted the absence of the green tops. It’s because I forgot to put them in. I blame Mrs J for taking her seat at the table and pounding it with a knife in one fist and a fork in the other. Scared Gabe!
