More Bok Choy

Made with chicken marinated in black bean and garlic paste, chili garlic paste, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, black vinegar, and corn starch with a little water. I drained the marinade and tossed the chicken with more corn starch, then fried the chicken in oil with garlic and ginger.

We had it over jasmine rice, mine also sported a chili oil top hat. Chili oil with crispy garlic. I don’t think I sprinkled on any granulated garlic but I would have if I remembered.
