Broccoli Cheese

My favorite soup seems to be whichever soup I’m currently eating. Today this is my fave – blanch broccoli in chicken broth and then remove to another dish. Grate cheese into the hot broth to melt. I added citrate granules to improve the texture and dry milk to improve the taste and color. Add back the broccoli to warm, and serve with croutons. I’m trying to use up a big can of dry milk, you may want to use whatever milk works for you, or leave it out. (not recommended!)
