BBQ Pork Fries

We had rib meat leftover from the salt and pepper ribs we had the other day. I chopped it into a nice mince, warmed it with various sauces, and served it over crinkle fries.

This salad cried out for a nice vinaigrette but I went ahead and glopped on some generic blue cheese dressing that was heavy on the glop and light on the blue cheese.
