It’s a soup and a sauce! Not a floor wax, alas.
I’m still using canned stewed tomatoes from a few years ago. I canned them with peppers and onions, there is a quart in the pot. Also in there is chicken broth, a can of Ro-tel, a green bell pepper, two chopped yellow onions, several of those multi-color mini sweet peppers, and a jalapeno, plus a pound each of ground beef and Italian sausage. Have I mentioned garlic? There is a small handful of minced cloves in there plus the usual granulated stuff.
It eats great as a sauce for pasta or rice. With rice is the recipe that got me hooked on this stuff.
