Oven Roasted Broccoli

Toss the florets with salt and olive oil and sliced garlic, roast for 15 minutes, give or take, in a 425℉ pre-heated oven, and toss again with parmesan and black pepper when done to your liking. A drizzle of lemon juice goes well with it. The chicken is store bought and heated back up with the broccoli.

We’ve been eating salads more often these days. This one is in a simple vinaigrette and tossed with three cheeses – a grated pecorino, parm, and crumbled cotija. This one has tomatoes and a spoonful of olive muffuletta mix.
