Not sure what to call this – a Tex-Mex pizza? There are separate heaps of fixings atop several tortilla triangles. There is a layer of cheddar topped with pico de gallo, pickled jalapenos, refried beans, and smoked pork with potatoes and onions. It was pretty good although I think the tortillas will be fried next time I do something like this, or maybe replace them with nacho chips.
