Sammich Pr0n – Mushroom Swiss Burger

I’m ordinarily a pickle onion mustard man but I had a packet of sliced Swiss open and I feared it was not far from moldy.

The mushroom sauce is easily made from beef stock, a dash of soy sauce, a pinch of garlic powder, and thickened with cornstarch. I ended up eating most of this with a fork – dipping each bite into the sauce.
