NotMax over at Balloon Juice linked to this article with the same question. I have to admit that I haven’t ever really considered it. Of the choices in the article Mrs J quickly agreed with goulash. I have a ton of paprika in this so goulash it is, although to be fair I usually use chili powder in it and call it chili mac. I used a quart of my homemade stewed tomatoes along with a big Vidalia onion and chopped bell pepper to go with the pound of ground beef.
