I made a white sauce, added a spoonful of garlic paste and a few more of the chicken variety, and poured it over sautéed mushrooms and chicken. Add your favorite cooked noodles and it turns into an almost chicken stroganoff. If I had paid better attention I would have added sour cream. It’s not too late to mend the oversight because there is still a dab left over.
It was very good, even without the sour cream. In our case it would be French onion dip because that’s what we buy. It just tastes better.
