This was quick to put together, just some stew beef and beef broth with wide noodles. I browned the beef with onions and added a little flour before pouring in the broth. I let the meat simmer for a good while. The noodles cooked separately before adding them to the beef. There is just a touch of sour cream in there. It was good.
