This is the rest of that mushroom Swiss sausage I was given. It was better cooked whole but I don’t think I would buy any similar brats if I ran across them at the market. The cheese is too bland and I couldn’t identify any sort of mushroom. These did give me a chance to use the mustard I made a while back.
