Chops cooked with onions and served with scalloped potatoes. The potatoes cooked in the toaster oven for over an hour at 350℉ but were still a bit firm. I’m not a fan of al dente potatoes but they were edible. I used a spoon to scoop out portions for the table and noticed they were not quite there but I had already called supper and Mrs J was seated and hungry.
