Fried chicken! Well whoop de doo! It’s nothing to shout about (ignore the shouting) but I fry chicken maybe once a year, if that, because I am not very good at it. These thighs turned out OK, if a tad over done. I was more afraid of undercooking them than leaving them too long in the hot oil. They were soaked in buttermilk and spices, then dredged in seasoned flour.
