I gathered the last few shrimp from the freezer, added some onion rings and tater tots, made a fresh batch of cocktail sauce, and enjoyed some actual fried in oil goodness. I still had the oil out from the chicken since I was too lazy to deal with it at the time. The oil is still in the pot, I may do some crinkle fries later on. Air frying is nice and saves most of the mess but don’t let anyone claim that it’s the same.
