Sheet Pan Pizza

These are becoming very popular around here. The crust was par-baked for five or six minutes, until a hint of brown appeared, then finished with the cheeses, sauce and toppings and returned to the 475 degree oven.

This one has pepperoni, sausage, and chopped olives with a very garlicy tomato sauce. We had plenty left over for lunch the next day, and then some.
