Crispy Pork Belly

We brought a slab of pork belly back with us from our last trip north. I thawed a few blocks of it to try this recipe. It worked very well. While sorting through recipes we saw this one which we liked for a sauce.

Who doesn’t like honey garlic? The cooked belly was cubed and rewarmed with the sauce for this plate. The crisp skin stayed that way which was a bonus.
