Chops simmered in mushroom soup gravy, served with mashed potatoes and corn. I still have flat leaf and curly parsley alive out on the patio bench. We had a few nights of frost a couple of weeks ago but it’s been warm since. We’ve had some rain but not much. Enough that the red flag warnings have ceased.
