I predicted that the next chili meal would be chili dogs and I was correct, but they were ugly so they didn’t make it to a post. We are getting some light snow today so it’s a good day to cook up another batch of chili beans. This time eschewing the instapot for a good old fashioned overnight soak and patient stovetop simmering.
