Pinto Bean Soup

Kroger had pork neck bones for sale a while back, I bought a package and set them aboil with a chopped onion. They cooked down some before I added the beans that had soaked overnight, I fished the bones out after a while and picked the meat off to return it to the beans, The red coloring is due to paprika, annatto, and a squeeze of tomato paste. The soup has plenty of garlic, onion powder, cumin, oregano, and a bit of herb mix I put together some time ago that was labeled lamb seasoning. It had been in the spice cabinet for a long time, not sure what was in it but I figured it wouldn’t hurt.
