Sammich Pr0n

This is another crockpot batch that I modified slightly from my usual. The beef was fished out early and sliced thin before returning to the pot, and it was finished by draining the beef and reducing the broth by a third before thickening it with corn starch. I had yet to recombine the two when this sammich was made – the sauce was ladled over the relatively dry meat at the table.
