Salt and pepper ribs as seen in this Youtube from Chef John. This iteration used Dijon mustard to lay down a coating so as to better hold the seasoning – salt and black pepper plus granulated garlic and Aleppo peppers. The potatoes were air fried to perfection, the slaw was good and the beans were OK, nothing special. When the ribs were on the plate I used the latest batch of homemade BBQ sauce that I kicked up with Sichuan peppercorns to douse them.
