Meatballs

These were half Italian sausage, half ground beef plus the usual addition of crumbs, parm, eggs, and garlic. The usual spices and herbs were eyeballed in. They got 20 minutes in a 400 oven before going into the tomato sauce.

The sauce included a grated carrot and several diced sweet onions plus more garlic. A good time was had by all!
