Parm & Panko Crusted Tilapia

I was watching Youtube Shorts and saw this recipe flash by. I can’t link to it but it’s no great loss because it is so simple: Mix parmesan and panko with melted butter and pile it on the fillets. Bake at 400 for just long enough to brown the tops and they are ready to serve. A little lemon juice squeezed over them it very tasty. Since the parmesan was out the fries got a dusting.
