I stretched out the beef stew by adding barley and this is the result of not measuring. It may be my new favorite beef stew, at least for today. I topped it with a generous dose of Cholula hot sauce.
Leftover soup that I added some leftover steak and more broth. I’ve been trying Knorr’s broth concentrates and I’m loving them. This is one of my top 5 soups/stews. I found a t-bone steak that had survived the Big Grind of the otherwise inedible grass fed beef. I will say that the tenderloin side of the steak looked to be plenty tender.
