Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits.I like strawberry jam for these things but we put up an oriole feeder this morning and had grape jelly out and that was going to be easier than rummaging the fridge for the favorite.
I made some scratch biscuits, browned some sausage, added flour to the sausage, and went for the half gallon of milk I bought a week ago. Clabbered! Sausage Egg Biscuits
I always use a tad more liquid in my pancake batter than most recipes call for. These are made with malted milk powder and I can recommend them.
Still getting some miles out of that smoked pork shoulder.
