I’ve had some shredded brisket in the fridge for a long time so I decided to use it here. It wasn’t that much. The color is mostly oyster sauce plus a good squeeze of sweet soy sauce. Fried chilis in oil make everything better. Also in the mix are chopped bell peppers and eggs.
I need to put basmati rice on the grocery list. Scooped up a cup from the bucket in the pantry and scraped the bottom. It’s great for fried rice. This one used up the rest of the smoked pork that I thawed a week ago.
