Someone told me about Everything Bagel Ice Cream and my only response was, “now I want bagels.” The ice cream, not so much.

I should probably have a recipe for corned beef and cabbage, but my mom is the one who always makes it and I never learned how.  Her’s were so good…mmmm.  Road trip!
