And some chocolate in these (h/t frugalfeeding) along with a handful of raisins.  I took off from this recipe and added chocolate that I chopped a bit.  I only used two squares of Baker’s Semi-Sweet (2 oz) to get some feel for it, I think more would have been more than good.  Didn’t measure the raisins (both golden and regular) but I would guesstimate a cup and more.  Same deal with the pecans, I emptied into the mix what was left in a bag from the cupboard-perhaps a cup.

I sampled the first one plain and though it very good.  They are really wanting some applesauce, or a nice slathering of sweet butter.  Yum!
